1. Digital Product Policy (All Sales Final)

GabbyKnits sells digital products in the form of instant-download PDF knitting patterns. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Digital files cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. No Refunds After Download

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds will not be granted in situations including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Lack of knitting experience or skill level

• Failure to read the product description

• Dissatisfaction after downloading the file

• Claims made after the file has been downloaded or accessed

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, please contact us. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded.

By purchasing a digital product from GabbyKnits, you expressly consent to immediate access and delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives any applicable right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
